BuildQuant AI was founded by Edward Treffiletti after a career that progressed from hands-on construction through estimating, building, property development and ultimately data and software.
That progression provided a practical view of development from several sides — how projects are built, how construction costs are assessed, how sites are evaluated and how commercial decisions are made before significant capital is committed.
BuildQuant Atlas grew from a recurring industry problem: the information needed to assess a development opportunity is often spread across property listings, planning controls, market evidence, construction costing and separate feasibility calculations.
Atlas was developed to bring those disciplines together into a more structured development intelligence workflow.
