What counts as an Atlas search?
An Atlas search is a development opportunity search run through the Atlas platform. Your monthly allowance applies to searches rather than the number of PDF reports you generate.
What happens after the free trial?
Trial access ends after 7 days or 10 Atlas searches, whichever occurs first. You can then continue on the Atlas plan you select.
What is the main difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro focuses on development feasibility and acquisition intelligence. Premium includes everything in Pro, provides 3× the monthly search capacity and adds deeper builder-developer and construction cost reporting.
Does Pro include construction costs?
Yes. Pro includes indicative construction costs and build-rate assumptions. Premium adds a more detailed commercial allocation of those construction costs across major building components.
Does Premium provide a trade-level BOQ?
No. Premium provides indicative construction cost allocation and commercial construction intelligence. It does not replace a trade-level BOQ, quantity surveyor cost plan or tender estimate.
Can I upgrade plans?
